Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Lead Private Wealth Advisor to take a crucial role in delivering comprehensive financial advice to our clients. This individual will concentrate on the last five steps of the CFP Board's Financial Planning Process, which involves working closely with clients to gather information, analyze data, develop recommendations, implement strategies, and continuously monitor financial plans. This role requires regular client interactions, the preparation of financial planning recommendations, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the accurate maintenance of our internal CRM software. We are seeking an accomplished Lead CFP Wealth Advisor to become a valuable addition to our team and help us reach new levels of success.
Key Qualifications:
· CFP® Certification Required.
· Proven track record of strong sales skills and the ability to grow a practice.
· Experience growing a book of business.
· Exceptional financial planning and analytical abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to the highest ethical standards and fiduciary responsibility.
· Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
· Bachelor's degree.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Job Duties:

· Proactively identify new business opportunities and collaborate with team members to expand client relationships.
· Collaborate with colleagues across different business lines to best meet clients' needs.
· Manage and ensure the accuracy of our internal CRM software.
· Create comprehensive financial plans, integrating investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and more.
· Continuously update and refine financial planning recommendations.
· Manage tasks that may overlap between different department areas.
· Stay current with industry trends and regulations, continually enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
· Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Paraplanner who will play a vital role in working closely with our Founder/President and serving high-net-worth clients. This role primarily focuses on constructing financial plans, conducting research across all six areas of financial planning, and supporting the financial advisor in servicing their book of business. The Paraplanner will be responsible for preparing client and internal analysis and solutions, as well as assisting in managing the book of business, including client recommendations, insurance guidance, distribution requests, pension recommendations, and more.
Key Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree.
· Professional experience of 5+ years (preferred).
· CFP® designation Required.
· Satisfactory background and credit check.

Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with the Founder President and other advisors.
· Build comprehensive financial plans.

· Assist in managing the book of business, including client recommendations, insurance guidance, and more.
· Work closely with administrative staff to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
· Utilize third-party software for client information maintenance, financial account reporting, and rebalancing.
· Collaborate with our custodian, Fidelity, Inc., for managing client accounts and updates.
