Norma is an Entity Coordinator at Stevens Capital Partners, bringing a diverse background in payroll operations, compliance, and financial services. She earned her Bachelor’s at the University of Nebraska Omaha and her Master’s in International Business, with a concentration in Finance, from Hult International Business School in London. Norma is committed to accuracy, proactive communication, and ensuring every client’s financial affairs are organized, compliant, and strategically supported.
Prior to joining the firm, Norma worked in Payroll where she processed full-cycle payroll for 55+ franchises across multiple states, ensuring accurate and timely wage calculations, tax withholdings, and regulatory filings. She also served as a Compliance Manager at Morgan Stanley in Seattle, where she managed Code of Ethics programs and supported risk monitoring initiatives. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Norma brings a global perspective to her work and a genuine commitment to building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Outside of work, Norma enjoys learning languages, watching F1, and playing badminton on the weekends. She also loves visiting Seattle whenever she gets the chance to visit friends.
